Effective date: 7 August 2026 Last updated: 7 August 2026
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Inspired Tribe website at inspiredtribe.io and any events, tickets, or services made available through it (together, the "Platform").
The Platform is operated by Digital Rapport Ltd (trading as digital rapport®), a company registered in England & Wales under company number 07788584 ("we", "us", "our").
By accessing the Platform, creating an account, or purchasing a ticket, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
1. Definitions
- Platform — the Inspired Tribe website and associated services.
- Organiser — the brand, business, or individual responsible for an Event listed on the Platform (for example Inspired Dinner Club, Sukhi Wahiwala, BBR, digital rapport®, and partner organisations).
- Event — any dinner, workshop, conference, networking session, or other event listed on the Platform.
- Attendee / you — any person who browses the Platform, registers, or purchases a Ticket.
- Ticket — a booking or registration for an Event, whether paid or free.
- Content — text, images, logos, video, and other material appearing on the Platform.
2. Who we are and what the Platform does
Inspired Tribe is a marketplace. We provide the technology that lists Events from multiple independent Organisers and processes Ticket purchases in one place.
Your contract for attending an Event is with the Organiser of that Event, not with us. We act as a booking and payment facilitator. Except where an Event is run by digital rapport® itself, we are not the promoter, host, or provider of the Event, and we are not responsible for how an Event is delivered.
Some Events are run by partner organisations. We list partner Events for convenience and do not control or endorse their content, pricing, or delivery.
3. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to purchase a Ticket. Some Events may set their own minimum age or other entry requirements.
If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity that takes place under your account. Please give us accurate, current information and keep it up to date.
4. Buying tickets
When you buy a Ticket, you make an offer to purchase which is accepted once you receive a confirmation from us or the Organiser. A binding contract for the Event is formed at that point, between you and the Organiser.
Ticket availability, prices, and Event details are set by the Organiser and may change. We take reasonable care to display accurate information but do not warrant that every listing is error-free. If an obvious pricing error occurs, we or the Organiser may cancel the affected order and issue a full refund.
Tickets are for your personal use and the use of the guests named in your booking. You must not resell Tickets for commercial gain without the Organiser's permission.
5. Prices, fees, and payment
Prices are shown in GBP (£) and, unless stated otherwise, include any applicable taxes.
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your full card details. By purchasing, you agree to Stripe's terms and authorise the charge to your chosen payment method.
Ticket revenue is paid to the relevant Organiser through Stripe. We may charge a booking or platform fee, which will be shown clearly before you complete your purchase.
6. Refunds, cancellations, and changes
Refund policy is set by each Organiser. The refund terms shown on the Event listing at the time of purchase apply to your booking. Where digital rapport® is the Organiser, our own refund terms apply.
If an Organiser cancels or materially changes an Event (for example, date, time, or venue), the Organiser is responsible for offering a refund or alternative in line with their policy and applicable law.
Your statutory rights: For paid Events, the right to cancel under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations may not apply to tickets for a specific date or period (the "leisure events" exemption). Nothing in these Terms removes any rights you have under UK consumer law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
To request a refund, contact the Organiser first, or contact us via our contact page and we will help route your request.
7. Attending an event
Entry to an Event is subject to any rules set by the Organiser and the venue. The Organiser may refuse entry or remove attendees for unsafe, unlawful, or disruptive behaviour.
Events may be photographed, recorded, or livestreamed. By attending, you may appear in such material. If you have concerns, speak to the Organiser before the Event.
8. Terms for organisers
If you list an Event on the Platform as an Organiser, you additionally agree that you:
- are solely responsible for the accuracy of your listing, the delivery of your Event, and compliance with all applicable laws (including consumer, health and safety, licensing, and data protection law);
- will honour the refund and cancellation terms you publish;
- hold all necessary rights to any Content you upload;
- are the controller of Attendee personal data you receive, and will handle it lawfully (see the Privacy Policy);
- will connect and maintain your own Stripe account for receiving Ticket revenue; and
- will indemnify us against claims arising from your Event or your breach of these Terms.
We may remove any listing that breaches these Terms or that we reasonably consider unlawful, misleading, or harmful.
9. Marketing and communications
When you register for or purchase a Ticket, you will receive transactional messages (such as confirmations and Event reminders) by email and/or SMS. These are necessary to deliver your booking.
You may also receive marketing communications from the relevant Organiser where you have consented, or where permitted by law. Each message includes a way to opt out. How your data is used for this is explained in our Privacy Policy.
10. Intellectual property
All Content on the Platform, including the Inspired Tribe and digital rapport® names and logos, is owned by us or our Organisers and licensors and is protected by intellectual property law. You may not copy, reproduce, or reuse it without permission, except as needed to view the Platform and manage your bookings.
11. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Platform, including by attempting to gain unauthorised access, disrupting its operation, scraping data, uploading malicious code, or using it for any unlawful purpose.
12. Third-party links
The Platform contains links to Organiser and partner websites. We are not responsible for the content or practices of those sites. Following a link is at your own risk.
13. Disclaimers and liability
The Platform is provided on an "as available" basis. We do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
We are not liable for the delivery, quality, safety, or cancellation of any Event run by an Organiser other than digital rapport®.
Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot be excluded under law. Subject to that, our total liability to you in connection with the Platform is limited to the total fees we received from your affected booking.
We are not liable for losses that are not foreseeable, or for business losses where you are using the Platform as a consumer.
14. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify us against reasonable losses and costs arising from your breach of these Terms or your unlawful use of the Platform.
15. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or end your access to the Platform if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the Platform at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including liability, indemnity, and governing law) will continue to apply.
16. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force is the one published on the Platform at the time of your purchase. Material changes will be notified where reasonably practicable.
17. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales, except where consumer law entitles you to bring proceedings elsewhere.
